That is a great question! But unfortunately not a very easy one to answer.
The short answer is one week to a month or more.
We can have your database ready in a day or so and then we work with you to get up and running. Then it really has to do with a few factors:
What do you currently use as your database?
Is your team ready & available for training?
How quickly can you get our data into Excel for import?
How clean is your data?
What type of data are you looking to import?
How much bandwidth do you have on your end?
All of these answers can affect the timeline. If, for example, you have clean data that can easily be brought into Excel and you have time on your end to work with us on the import, we can get you up and running fairly quickly. See the FAQ on Data Import below for more information.

Yes! At My-Mercury we pride ourselves on our support and we get lots of great feedback on how well we help our clients and are there for them.
You can call-center or email [email protected] at any time and we will be glad to help you. We also use a tool called Zoom to offer remote support for clients who need extra hand-holding.
Another great question. You can use our import tools (just get your data into Excel and then load those into My-Mercury) to populate your My-Mercury database with your existing data.
We also give every client 2 full copies of the software, so you can import your data into your sandbox (testing site) as many times as you need to need to get it right. Then just run those files in your live site!
